7.1 Famland-NFT (FN)
In the middle part of the letter, we discussed how if all human beings on Earth were able to enjoy an equal share of the material resources that the Earth contains from birth, the current wealth disparity and unequal distribution in human society would not be so severe. Unfortunately, it is not possible to distribute material resources on Earth equally to every citizen. However, in the metaverse, this dream can be fully realized. Once a person migrates to the digital Earth, they can obtain a piece of private territory called Famland-NFT (FN) that stores the humanization of people’s spirit and soul. According to the theory presented in the middle part of the letter, the humanization of people’s spirit and soul, like material resources, are valuable. Thus, once people migrate to the digital Earth, they can all have a piece of FN, a piece of native wealth that is equally valuable to everyone. This is the basis for the reality of “equality in wealth for all” in the Famland metaverse, and it is also the basis for the reality of “Print your own money for yourself，Use the money you printed yourself” in the Famland metaverse.
Currently, anyone can obtain FN for free on the Web3.0 platform Web3.Famland.world. One person can obtain multiple pieces, and they can all be activated during the beta testing phase. However, after the next phase officially starts, only those who pass KYC real-name authentication can activate a piece of FN. An activated FN has all the functions, including yield production and value cultivation. Unless otherwise specified, the following discussion refers to activated FN.
FN is a composite NFT consisting of multiple sub-NFTs that are irreversibly combined. The term “irreversible” means that once it is combined, it cannot be separated into sub-NFTs. Once separated, all the functions and values of FN will be lost. Different sub-NFTs have different functions and scopes of application. As a whole, FN’s functions and values are almost ubiquitous in the Famland metaverse. Its core functions are mainly reflected in three aspects, and its wealth value is determined by its basic structure.
7.1.1 Building Functionality
FN is the basic unit for constructing the digital Earth.
FN has automatic construction functions such as self-connection, self-adaptation, and self-mapping, and can construct all digital objects including the digital Earth. These digital objects may be NFTs, Web3, Swap, and other platforms. As a private domain, the connected FN can be regarded as land on the material Earth. Everything grows and constructs on the land and cannot exist independently without it. Plants must grow directly in the soil. Although animals do not grow directly on the ground, their food depends on the soil, and their bodies are supported by it. Any building on Earth has materials that come from the land and requires the support of the land. The same is true in the digital Earth. NFTs, Web3, and various digital objects either grow directly on FN, rely on FN for resources, or rely on FN to support their objects. In any form, they must be related to FN. Self-connection refers to the automatic connection between participating FNs to form the required plate or form. It not only contains the human spiritual resources, which is the native wealth, that are equal for everyone, but also at the level of the creation qualifications and rights of human spiritual commodities, which is the derivative wealth, everyone is equal without any privilege. It is precisely because of this deep meaning that FN can become the foundation of value and fairness in the Famland metaverse.
7.1.2 Wealth Functionality
In addition to having building functionality and being related to the growth and development of everything in the Famland metaverse, FN also has the attribute of “wealth value can be cultivated”. This means that FN not only has wealth value, but its wealth value can also continue to appreciate. This is one of the unique core functions of FN. Traditional assets in the past did not have this attribute. This wealth value is first reflected in the development and utilization of native wealth in the digital Earth. Secondly, it is further reflected in the creation and production of derivative wealth in the digital Earth. More importantly, whether it is native wealth or derivative wealth, when their wealth value is excavated and when it is reflected in NFT or other digital forms, this value can continue to increase and appreciate. Therefore, the material resources in people’s hands are naturally valuable. Similarly, if the human spiritual resources that can be developed and utilized in the digital Earth are divided into more than 8 billion shares, everyone who migrates to the digital Earth can get one share. There is no doubt that this spiritual resource should also have value. The reason why FN can produce YL and why YL has value is all derived from this. In short, on the digital Earth, the reason why FN can become a printing press and why every FN can print money is that every FN contains native wealth (the spiritual resources that humans can develop and utilize) with equal initial value.
On the digital Earth, everyone has FN, which is equivalent to everyone having a digital farmland that constantly produces LY, a digital mining machine that constantly mines YL, and a printing press that constantly prints YL. Since it is “new money” produced, mined, and printed by oneself, people are naturally willing to believe in it, recognize it, use it, and form the strongest and most widespread market consensus around it. At the same time, this market consensus is also the most difficult to break.
It is precisely because of this that the dream of “equality in the face of wealth” and “equality in the face of money” that humans have not dared to expect for thousands of years can truly be realized in the digital Earth.
7.1.3 Portal Functionality
In the realverse, human beings must have a carrier, a home for their physical body. On Earth, everyone needs a home to shelter themselves from the wind and rain and ensure the safety of their physical body. Similarly, in the metaverse, the human soul must also have a carrier, a home. FN in the digital Earth is such a spiritual home that can protect personal privacy and ensure the safety of the soul.
When every new immigrant to the digital Earth has their own “private domain territory” in the form of FN, their spirit and soul have a carrier in the metaverse. In other words, with FN, humans can assign an identity to their spirit and soul, and it is a unique identity. This is the digital portal functionality of FN. This personal digital portal can be any form of digital presentation, such as a digital home (graphic, media, or NFT) or a digital website (Web3), and can even be both. Regardless of the form, personal data and information can be stored in one’s own “private domain territory”, their FN, and due to blockchain encryption technology, not only is privacy secure and protected, but it can also be permanently retained.
The digital portal (digital identity) functionality of FN roughly has three meanings.
Firstly, it guarantees and protects personal data. It is the storage and confirmation site for personal big data, personal information, and privacy. FN is a personal “private domain territory” with absolute personal sovereignty and security sovereignty. No one, including institutions, governments, or even judicial institutions, can invade or confiscate it. Even if the sovereign of FN commits a crime, no matter what kind of law it is, only their physical body can be punished, not their thoughts. And FN is precisely the sovereign’s thoughts. Therefore, it should not be subject to any form of violation or punishment. This is the connotation of absolute personal sovereignty and security sovereignty.
Secondly, it confirms and protects personal identity. In the era of human-machine symbiosis, there will be many personal avatars (or AI avatars) in the real universe. In most cases, it is difficult to distinguish whether the person you are dealing with is an avatar or the real person. Only by entering the digital Earth and querying and confirming through this person’s FN can this be done. In addition, in the metaverse, FN is also the only safe contact channel for individuals. It is like the house number and phone number of a person on the digital Earth, and people can only find and contact the real person through FN.
Thirdly, it guarantees eternal life of the spirit and soul. In the future, owning FN can enable individuals to achieve eternal life of their spirit and even their soul. Let’s talk about the eternal life of the spirit first. When personal big data, information, and privacy are stored in FN without reservation, with the help of artificial intelligence technology, FN can completely imitate this person’s thoughts, consciousness, thinking logic, and behavior habits, communicate with others, and even learn. Even if the sovereign of FN passes away, this function of FN will still exist. This means that the person’s thoughts and spirit will always exist in their FN, never disappearing or dying out. No matter how many years have passed, their descendants and anyone else can communicate with this FN anytime and anywhere. And this FN can communicate in the person’s thoughts, consciousness, logic, and language habits forever. Although the person’s physical body has died, their spirit and thoughts are alive, which is what we call eternal life of the spirit. In fact, with the emergence of large language model artificial intelligence such as ChatGPT, eternal life of the spirit is becoming a reality. Eternal life of the soul may still take some time. When a person’s consciousness can be uploaded to FN, it means that their soul can migrate from their physical body to FN. At this point, we can say that humans have achieved eternal life of the soul, which is the true meaning of human eternal life.
The above three major functions of FN are only the key functions that we can consider at the moment. In the future, FN will develop and evolve new functions, which will be decided by the Famland community, that is, Famland-DAO. In addition to the fact that related functions are open and evolvable, the structure of FN is also open.

7.1 Famland-NFT（FN）

7.1.1 构建功能
FN是构建数字地球的基本单元。

FN的构建功能，其深层内涵在于：在Famland元宇宙中，FN作为人类精神和灵魂的数字化表现。不仅蕴含的人类精神资源、也就是原生财富，是人人平等的。在人类精神商品、也就是派生财富的创造资格、创造权利层面，同样人人平等，任何人都没有特权。正因为有这样的深层内涵，FN才能成为Famland元宇宙中的价值之本、公平之本。
7.1.2 财富功能
除了具备构建功能，与Famland元宇宙中万事万物生长和发展有关联外。FN还具备“财富价值可养成”属性。意思是：FN不仅具备财富价值，而且，其财富价值是可以不断增值的。这也是FN的独特核心功能之一。以往的任何传统资产均不具备这样的属性。这种财富价值，首先，体现在数字地球中原生财富的开发和利用上。其次，还进一步体现在数字地球中派生财富的创造和生产上。更重要的是，无论是原生财富还是派生财富，当它们的财富价值被挖掘出来、当它们以NFT或其他数字形态体现出这种价值后。这种价值是可以不断增加、不断升值的。这就是Famland新经济体可以创造无限财富价值的本质所在。

数字地球上，每个人都拥有FN。就相当于每个人都拥有不断产出LY的数字农田。就相当于每个人都拥有不断挖出YL的数字矿机。也就相当于每个人都拥有不断印出YL的印钞机。既然是每个人自己产出、自己挖出、自己印出的“新钱”，人们当然愿意相信它、认可它、使用它，并围绕它形成最强、最广泛的市场共识。同时，这种市场共识，也是最不容易破裂的。
正因为如此，“财富面前人人平等”、“金钱面前人人平等”，这个人类几千年来不敢奢望的梦想，才能够真正在数字地球中实现。
7.1.3 门户功能
实宇宙中，人的肉身必须有个载体、有个家园。我们在物质地球上，每个人都需要有一个家，为自己遮风挡雨，保障自己的肉身安全。那么，在元宇宙中，人的灵魂也必须有个载体、有个家园。数字地球上的FN，就是这样一个精神家园。可以保护自己的个人隐私、保障自己的灵魂安全。
当每个数字地球的新移民，都有了FN这块“私域领土”。他的精神和灵魂，在元宇宙中就有了承载体。换句话说，有了FN后，人类可以为他们的精神和灵魂，付诸一个身份，而且是唯一的身份。这就是FN的数字门户功能。这种个人数字门户，可以是任何一种形式的数字化呈现。譬如，数字家园（图文、流媒体或NFT），或者数字网站（Web3），当然，也可兼而有之。无论是什么形态，个人数据和信息都可以存入自己的“私域领土”、自己的FN中。由于有区块链加密技术保护，不仅隐私无忧、安全有保障，而且，可以永久留存。
FN的这种数字门户（数字身份）功能，大致具有三重含义。
第一，个人数据确权和保护。个人大数据、个人信息和个人隐私的储存地和确权地。FN是个人“私域领土”，拥有绝对的个人主权和安全主权。任何人，包括机构、政府，甚至司法机构，均不得侵入亦无法侵入。更不用说剥夺或没收了。即使是FN的主权人犯了罪，无论什么样的法律，也只能惩罚其肉身，不可能惩罚其思想。而FN，正是主权人的思想。所以，它不应该受到任何形式的侵害或惩处。这也是绝对个人主权和安全主权的内涵。
第二，个人身份确认和保护。未来人机共生时代，实宇宙中会有很多个人分身（或AI分身）。在大多数情况下，人们很难区分与你打交道的对方，究竟是分身还是真身。唯有进入数字地球中，通过这个人的FN来查询和确认。此外，在元宇宙中，FN也是个人的唯一安全联系通道。相当于他在数字地球上的门牌号码和电话号码，人们只有通过FN才能寻找到、联系到这个人的真身。
第三，个人精神永生和灵魂永生。未来，个人拥有FN就可以实现自己的精神永生，乃至灵魂永生。先说精神永生。当个人大数据、信息和隐私无保留储存到FN中后。借助人工智能技术，FN可以完全模仿这个人的思想意识、思维逻辑，以及行为习惯，与他人进行交流，甚至学习。即使这个主权人去世了，FN的这个功能也会依然存在。这就等于这个人的思想和精神永远活在他的FN中，永不消逝、永不灭亡了。无论过去了多少年，他的后人，以及其他任何人，都可以随时随地与这个FN交流、沟通。而这个FN，可以永恒的以这个人的思想、意识、逻辑，以及语言习惯，来进行交流。尽管这个人的肉身死了，可他的精神活着、思想活着，这就是我们说的精神永生。事实上，随着ChatGPT这类大语言模型人工智能的出现，人的精神永生正在成为现实。而灵魂永生可能还需要一段时日。当人的意识可以上传到FN中时，也就意味着，人的灵魂可以由肉身中迁徙到FN中了。这个时候，我们就可以认为，人类已经实现了灵魂永生，也就是真正意义上的人类永生。
以上FN的三大功能，仅仅是我们现在能考虑到的重点功能。未来，FN还将发展出、演化出哪些新的功能，将由Famland社区，也就是Famland-DAO来决定。除了相关功能是开放性、可进化之外，FN的结构也是开放性的。
